PUMPKIN CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy (use high speed). Add sugar, oil and pumpkin. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Beat for 1 minute on low speed. Pour into greased cookie sheet (large size). Do not have to flour cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING FOR PUMPKIN CAKE:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/3 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Beat first 4 ingredients until fluffy. Add powdered sugar; beat until fluffy.
