CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Baking time: 30 minutes. 2 c. shredded cabbage, cooked 1/2 c. shredded cheese 1 lb. corned beef, cooked 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. corned beef stock 1 c. milk In a greased casserole, layer cabbage, cheese, and corned beef. Prepare cream sauce with butter, flour, milk, and stock. Pour over cabbage and corned beef. Top with more shredded cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4. 410 cal. per serving.
