STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 med. green peppers
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
1 can chick peas
1 egg
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 can tomato sauce

Prepare green peppers, parboil 10 minutes. Brown beef with onion, salt and fennel in a large skillet. Add chick peas, egg, oregano, parsley, cheese. Toss to mix. Spoon into prepared green peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
