CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
3 tbsp. butter
3 green onions, sliced
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. Half & Half
1 1/2 c. crab (picked over)
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
Dash lime juice

Melt butter over low heat. Saute green onions until limp. Add flour. Whisk in chicken broth until slightly thickened. Add Half & Half. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add crab meat, celery salt, pepper and lime juice. Adjust seasonings. Heat on low heat (do not boil). Garnish with parsley.
