POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
1 chopped onion
1 small box Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place hash browns in 9 x 13 pan. Add cream of chicken soup, cheese, onion, sour cream and melted butter. (Reserve 1/3 butter to go over top) Add pepper. Mix thoroughly and pour remaining butter on top. Bake for 40 minutes.
