POTATO CASSEROLE (Large) 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. melted butter
Crushed corn flakes

Thaw hash browns. Mix all ingredients together except 3 tbsp. butter and corn flakes. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix the 2 tbsp. butter with corn flakes and sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
