GOLDEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 med. potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion (microwave 5 minutes)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Place in buttered 2 quart casserole, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, butter, and combined cheeses. Add 2 cups crushed corn flakes to melted 1 stick butter, mix well, and top casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
