POTATO KLUB OR RASPEKOMLA 
Grind or grate desired number of potatoes, add salt and a little baking powder. Add flour, enough to make it possible to form into balls. A good way to check is to make a small one and drop into boiling water (salted) and let boil a while. If too little flour, it will fall apart.

A piece of ham or pork may be put in the center of each klub. Drop by spoon into boiling water and boil about 1 1/2 hours. Excellent with melted butter or side pork and the grease from the pork. These are also great cut and fried the next day.
