SPINACH KUGEL 
8 oz. med. noodles
3 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 stick butter
1 c. Rich's Coffee Rich
Corn Flake crumbs

Cook and drain noodles. Thaw frozen spinach and drain well. Leave butter out at room temperature to soften. Add butter to hot, cooked noodles and stir until blended. In another bowl, beat eggs well. Add onion soup mix and spinach. Mix well. Add to noodle- butter mixture. Stir in Coffee Rich and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle little amount of crushed Corn Flakes crumbs on top. Dot with butter and dust with paprika, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into squares and serve. Serves 6 to 8 or more.
