SWISS CHEESE KUGEL 
8 oz. noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. onion juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream

Add cheese to hot noodles, add onion juice, sauce, butter, salt and pepper and allow to cool. Combine with sour cream, mix lightly. Top with crumbs. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
