ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
2 lb. zucchini sliced
1 can #2 size cream corn
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 eggs
1 or 2 diced chilies
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Partially cook zucchini. Mix everything else (except grated cheese) until smooth.

Fold in vegetables and chilies and put in buttered casserole.

Top with cheese.

Bake 350°F for 45 minutes.
