BAKED CHICKEN NORMANDY 
3 lb. chicken
1 (5 1/2 fl. oz.) can apple juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt

Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a baking dish. Brown in a preheated very hot oven (500 degrees) for 25-30 minutes. Drain fat.

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover; reduce oven heat to moderate (350 degrees) and bake 45 minutes longer. Garnish with spiced apple rings or fresh apple wedges, if desired. Serves 4.
