2 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
Yellow coloring
1 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
30 sticks

Stir sugar, corn syrup and water until it boils. Cook to 300 degree hard crack. Add yellow coloring and lemon flavoring to a cup. When candy is cooked, quickly add coloring and flavoring. (This may splatter.) Pour hot liquid onto greased cookie sheets with sticks in place.
