WASSAIL BOWL 
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
10 c. water
10 tsp. tea
500 milligrams bourbon

Make spice bag containing 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon allspice. Boil 10 cups of water and add 10 teaspoons tea and spice bag. Let steep for 10 minutes. Add sugar to taste and 500 milligrams bourbon. Serve in cups with slice of lemon speared with clove.
