SPECKLED BREADING 
3 cups flour
1/8 c. paprika
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 c. Lawry's seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. granulated onion

This mixture is for frying scallops, haddock, boneless chicken and shrimp. Put first into an egg and milk batter and then coat with this mixture before frying.
