ZUCCHINI WITH DILL 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. sm. zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch x 1 1/2 inch julienne strips
1/4 onion, sliced
2 tbsp. dill weed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Bread crumbs

In a heavy skillet, melt butter and add onions and zucchini, toss and coat. Cover and cook over medium heat until zucchini is nearly soft, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in dill and salt and pepper. Place in serving bowl. Top with bread crumbs that has been lightly browned in skillet using small amount of butter. Also may add grated Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs for extra flavor.
