3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

NOTE: There are no eggs in this recipe. Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking soda together in an ungreased 9"x13" baking pan. Add lemon juice, oil and vanilla and mix well. Add water and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until cake tests done.
