EASY CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. soft cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until smooth and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cool for 25 minutes. Then mix 1 pint sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour this over top of cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cook and then top with pie filling (cherry or blueberry).
