GRILLED SHORT RIBS 
4 lb. beef short ribs, cut into serving size pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. ginger ale
1/2 c. steak sauce

Rub meat with salt and pepper and seasoning salt. Roast meat over hot coals, turning often. Combine ketchup, ginger ale, and steak sauce in a small pan; bring to boiling. Brush part over ribs, continue basting ribs until the meat is done to your taste. Pour remaining sauce over ribs.
