CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs, just add
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chocolate chips
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, just add
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Filling: In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and salt. Beat until creamy. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips; set aside.

Cake: Preheat oven to 350. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips, stir until smooth. Remove from heat; set aside. In large bowl combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in melted morsels. Gradually beat in flour, soda, salt, alternately with water.

Spoon 1/2 of batter into paper lined cupcake pans. Spoon 1 slightly rounded tablespoon filling over batter. Spoon remaining batter over filling. Bake at 350, 23-25 minutes. Yields 32 servings.
