CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 20.

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Cream sugar and cheese together; add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add lemon juice and flour, mix until smooth. Use foil cupcake liners. Put vanilla wafer in liner, then fill 3/4 full with mixture.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cherry or lemon pie filling

Mix sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Spoon on top of each cake. Bake 10 minutes and cool. Refrigerate overnight. Top with spoonfuls of pie filling.
