CHEESE CAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers

Beat together until creamy. Put 1 wafer in the bottom of a paper lined baking cup. Fill about 3/4 full of mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
