2 (8 oz.) pkg of cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together the above ingredients, pour into muffin tins lined with cupcake papers that have had 1 vanilla placed in bottom, round side up.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with Thank You Pie Filling, cherry, blueberry, strawberry, or pineapple sundae topping.
