CUPCAKE CHEESE CAKES 
16 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
Cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar until fluffy. Place filling in aluminum cupcake papers on top of vanilla wafer. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Put cherry pie filling on top of each cupcake and refrigerate until cool in muffin pan to keep shape. Then keep refrigerated. Makes 24 cupcakes.
