CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
Vanilla wafers
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Line muffin pans with paper liners. Put vanilla wafers in bottom rounded side down. Soften cheese. Add sugar. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat after each egg. Fill cupcake holder 3/4 full. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool. Put cherry pie filling on cupcakes before serving.
