M.'S PASTA SALAD 
1/3 c. corn oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil or 1 tbsp. fresh chopped basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (red pepper)
6 oz. Mueller's twist trio, cooked and drained
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. broccoli florets, may be blanched
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
Optional: sliced pepperoni or salami

In a large bowl, stir corn oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and red pepper. Add warm twists and Parmesan cheese, toss to coat well. Stir in broccoli, tomatoes, cheese and meat. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours before serving. Serves 8.
