CHEDDAR CARROTS 
1 1/2 lb. carrots, cleaned and sliced
1/4 c. butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
12 crushed Saltine crackers
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cook carrots. Add melted butter, cheese, salt, pepper and crackers. Mix. Put in 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
