2 (3 1/2 oz.) jars chicken flavored baby food
2 c. cooked and minced chicken meat
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. cheese cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and roll into small balls (about 2 teaspoons each or size to suit your dog). Roll balls in more finely crushed crackers. Place on baking sheet and freeze solid.

Transfer to freezer bags and store until ready to use. Take out as many as needed, place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes (just until cheese melts) or heat in microwave.
