CHICKEN 'N CHEDDAR SALAD 
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 c. (4 oz.) 1/2" cubed cheddar cheese
1/4 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. horseradish sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. salad oil

In large bowl toss all ingredients. Yield: 3 1/2 cups.
