CHEDDAR CHICKEN DELIGHT 
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen cut green beans
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken or 1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained & flaked
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. minute rice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except rice and cheese in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Spread rice (right from box) over bottom of 2 quart casserole; pour on bean mixture. Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese, bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 4.
