DEEP DISH CHEDDAR CHICKEN 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
4 c. chopped chicken, cooked
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
10 oz. pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls

Saute onion in butter. Blend with flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk and cook until thick. Add chicken, cheese and broccoli; mix well. Place in 7x11 inch or 11x13 inch in baking pan. Cut dough of rolls in strips. Place rolls on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
