CHEDDAR CHEESE CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) box cheddar cheese crackers
2 lg. fryers, cut up
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crush crackers into fine crumbs. Spread chicken pieces with sour cream and then roll in cracker crumbs. Melt butter in large cookie sheet or pie tin. Layer chicken pieces, one at a time, in melted butter and immediately turn buttered side up. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until tender. You do not need to turn.
