CHEDDAR CHEESE CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut in serving pieces
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. flour
1 tbsp. minced onions

Brown floured chicken for 15 minutes on each side in butter. Mix soup, onion, basil, and water. Cover chicken with mixture and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.
