MANDARIN DREAM PIE 
Melt 1/3 cup butter. Add 3/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/8 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts. Stir constantly until crumbs are brown and toasted. Cool. Line 9-inch pie pan.

NO-COOK FILLING:

1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained (save 1 tbsp. syrup)
1/2 c. orange marmalade

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, milk, orange peel and pudding mix. Beat at low speed to mix and high speed 30 seconds or so until thick. Pour into crust. Chill. Arrange oranges on top.

Combine orange marmalade and syrup from oranges. Melt over low heat. Cool and drizzle over pie and oranges.
