COCONUT DREAM PIE 
1 graham cracker or chocolate cookie crust
2 env. Dream Whip whipped topping mix
2 3/4 c. cold milk
2 pkgs. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. flaked coconut, toasted

Prepare whipped topping mix with 1 cup milk per package directions; refrigerate. Mix pudding with remaining 1 cup milk until pudding thickens. Stir into whipped topping; add toasted coconut. Spoon into crust. Chill at least 4 hours. Serves 8.

Regular pudding mix can be substituted, just allow to cool slightly before adding to whipped topping.
