CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 cans Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Bake chicken 15 minutes, covered, in 425 degree oven. Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano, and pepper sauce. Cook until thick. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes. Top with cheese; cook about 5 minutes.
