CALIFORNIA CHICKEN WITH HONEY 
1 lg. chicken, cut up like in stew or serving size
1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey

Place all ingredients in a casserole dish. Boil and simmer for 1/2 hour on very low heat. Remove chicken and arrange in a low shallow glass baking pan. Drain off extra chicken fat. Place in broiler to brown for another 8-10 minutes. Serve hot or cold with any kind of salad. Good also with steamed rice. Recipe may be doubled.
