CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
1/2 c. honey
3 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix the above ingredients together. 3 egg yolks, beaten, then add to them 2 cups milk and then gradually add to honey mixture. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Cook over low heat until it thickens, remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes; lay loosely a wax paper over top while cooling. Serves 6.
