CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch. Stir together milk, peanut butter and vanilla; add to sugar mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Pour into bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill until set or up to 24 hours. Serve topped with berries or sliced bananas.
