CREAMY CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in medium saucepan; gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Then boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat, blend in butter and vanilla. Place in individual dishes and let cool. May garnish with whipped topping and nuts.
