STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
3 lbs. ground beef
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
4 pkgs. Schilling Beef Stew seasoning
2 heads cabbage
2 lg. cans sauerkraut

Cook whole cabbages in boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes, but don't over cook. Cool and separate leaves. Blend beef, eggs, rice and seasoning mix. Shape beef mixture into small loaf shapes and roll up in cabbage leaves. Line baking pan with sauerkraut and place rolls on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until done.
