BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 lg. bunches fresh broccoli, steamed until tender
1 sm. onion, sauteed
1 pt. sour cream (or yogurt for lo-cal)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
4 tsp. butter (or latta) melted
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Combine steamed broccoli, sauteed onion, sour cream, condensed soup in large bowl. In small bowl moisten bread crumbs with butter. Line bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 of crumb mixture. Spread broccoli mixture to fill casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serve as side dish or quick supper. Serves 6-8 people.
