1 lb. sweet Italian sausage (casings removed)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked & drained

Brown sausage, breaking into chunks. Add onion and continue cooking until sausage is done and onion is tender. Drain off any accumulated fat. Add chopped broccoli, cook until thawed. Mix soup and milk. Add to skillet along with remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Microwave at high power 8 minutes, stirring and turning twice. Serves 4 to 6.
