EASY AND FABULOUS CRANBERRY
RELISH
 
1 (12 oz.) bag cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. toasted walnuts
1 (12 oz.) jar orange marmalade
Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread cranberries out on a 9 x 13 inch pan and pour sugar over berries. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 40 minutes, then spread walnuts on top of foil. Bake cranberries and walnuts 20 more minutes. Remove from oven and mix all ingredients together and chill. Ummm!
