CRANBERRY ICE RELISH 
3 c. water
4 c. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice

Cook cranberries in water. Strain. Add sugar, orange juice and lemon juice. Freeze. Then use ice cream scoop and put in cupcake paper cups and refreeze until ready to eat. Serve with coarse as a relish.
