CRANBERRY ORANGE NUT BREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberry orange relish
3 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Thaw relish. Sift flour, powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Cream butter and sugar thoroughly in large bowl. Beat in egg. Stir in milk, lemon juice, relish and nuts. Add flour mixture all at once and stir just until dry ingredients are dampened. Turn into 2 well-greased loaf pan. Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool in pan 5 minutes; then turn out on cooling racks.
