ORANGE CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cranberries
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. orange juice
4 tbsp. salad oil

Beat 2 eggs add juice and oil. Add to dry ingredients, mix until moist. Add nuts and cranberries. Grease 2 (9 1/2 x 5 x 3) pans. Divide mixture and pour into 2 pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or done (toothpick comes out clean). Remove from pan, cool on rack.
