CRANBERRY ORANGE NUT BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour and next 4 ingredients together. Toss cranberries with 1 tablespoon of flour mixture. Beat sugar and egg until light. Beat in milk, juice, oil, peel and vanilla. Stir in flour until just blended. Fold in cranberries and nuts.

Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until tester is clean. Cool on wire rack.
