CRANBERRY ORANGE NUT BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. fresh cranberries, halved
2 tbsp. melted butter
Orange juice added to butter to equal 3/4 c.

Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg and add to liquid, then mix into dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 1/2 x 2 3/4 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
