CRANBERRY-ORANGE BREAD (Low
Cholesterol)
 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. Fleischmann's butter
2 egg whites, beaten
1 c. raw cranberries

Grease a loaf pan (9x5x3 inch). Blend dry ingredients. Mix in butter, juice and eggs. Fold in cranberries. Pour into pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
